Creating Your Own Web Page

Most people think you need a fancy Web Page developing program to create a web page, but that is not true! HTML is a very simple language, and web pages can be written using any ordinary text editor. You can use tools as simple as DOS Edit or Notepad on a PC, or SimpleText on a Mac. If you still want to use an editing program, Internet Frontier recommends Netscape Composer, a part of Netscape Communicator and freely available on the web.
